I was part of the team managing Genius, Booking.com's loyalty program, where I helped create the engagement and gamification framework for Genius users on the mobile app. I worked with researchers and teams from Shanghai, China and Tel Aviv, Israel to create an engaging, personal, and rewarding experience.
